This is a great union-sponsored community event to introduce young people to the benefits of fishing and show the next generation how to safely enjoy and respect Wisconsin’s natural resources and outdoors. Each registered child will receive a fishing pole courtesy of the Building Trades Councils that is his or hers to keep.
This event is free and open to the public but limited to the first 100 or 150 kids so be sure to pre-register. All participants must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or chaperon. After the fishing, be sure to stick around for a picnic-style lunch.
Grab your camera and get ready for a fun family day on the water.
