As union members prepare to vote safely during the COVID-19 pandemic, we alert you to the following approaching deadlines for absentee voting. Step-by-step instructions for absentee and early voting options can be found in our Wisconsin AFL-CIO Voter Guide, available at wisaflcio.org/voter-guide
Thursday, August 6, at 5:00 p.m. is the deadline to request an absentee ballot by mail for the August 11 partisan primary. Don’t wait until the last minute! Give the postal service time to get your ballot to you, and once completed, back to your municipal clerk.

Check the box for “all remaining elections in calendar year 2020” and make your request for November 2020 today.
In-person early voting is currently underway in municipalities across Wisconsin. Times and locations vary by municipality. Contact your municipal clerk for early in-person options. Some municipalities will continue early in-person voting through Sunday, August 9, and some will end earlier.
