Union families in the greater Madison area are holding a Harley Davidson Raffle to honor Elliott Copan, a member, officer and active volunteer for Plumbers Union Local 75 and former South Central Federation of Labor Executive Board member who passed away from cancer earlier this year. His wife together with Plumbers Local 75 are raffling off his Custom Motor Trike Harley Davidson.
