Early voting for the August, 9, 2016 Partisan Primary election continues this week. In-person absentee voting will continue at Municipal Clerk’s offices around the state until close of business or 5:00 p.m. (whichever is later) on Friday, August. 5. Be sure to check office hours before heading to cast your vote.

The Wisconsin AFL-CIO has interviewed candidates running for office and has made a recommendation based on a candidate’s commitment to raising wages, protecting collective bargaining rights and creating good, family-supporting jobs for Wisconsin workers.
Note: You will be required to show acceptable photo ID when voting by in-person absentee ballot or regular ballot for the August 9 primary election. A new ruling allowing voters without IDs to cast their ballot by affidavit will not take effect until the November 2016 general election.
