The Wisconsin Truth Tour made the trip along the Mississippi River Road from La Crosse to Hudson on August 2 to meet with recall volunteers in Wisconsin’s 10th Senate District.
In Senate District 10, Ellsworth high school teacher and friend of working people Shelly Moore is taking on Scott Walker clone Sheila Harsdorf.
Sheila Harsdorf has rubberstamped Scott Walker’s extreme and aggressive agenda at each and every turn. She has turned her back on her constituents – choosing instead to listen to big corporations and the super rich over middle class Wisconsinites.
“What we see when we look around this room is workers and community members from all different sectors coming together to build solidarity, unity, a movement,” explained Phil Neuenfeldt, President of the Wisconsin State AFL-CIO. “Sheila Harsdorf must not have understood that when she voted to strip workers of their rights to collectively bargain.”
Sheila Harsdorf has raised taxes on the poorest in Wisconsin while giving millions in tax breaks to corporations. She is squeezing and hurting the middle class and attempting to do away with unions – one of the last remaining checks on corporate greed and power.
In Wisconsin we need shared prosperity and shared sacrifice, not an extreme agenda that is passed in an undemocratic and underhanded way. We need clean and honest government, not partisan political games. Job creation needs to be the focus of our Legislature, not power consolidation through redistricting and voter suppression schemes.
On August 9, vote for Shelly Moore. For more information on the August 9 and August 16 recall elections click here.

I'd be interested in hearing. The TOS seems rather clear that it is not unless expressly approved by Amazon. I guess if the library got it in writing then they would be ok.
