It was not enough that Scott Walker attempted to pass his attacks on Wisconsin working families in the dead of the night, in an illegal meeting, with the doors locked. Once the courts told him that he could not publish his bill, he decided to take the law into his own hands by circumventing the judicial process, ignoring the Temporary Restraining Order -- which barred the publishing of the bill, and push through his plans anyway. In a blatant show of disrespect for the law our Governor continued his overreach.
“This is not the Wisconsin I know,” said Phil Neuenfeldt, President of the Wisconsin State AFL-CIO. “Once again Scott Walker and his Republican majority have used illegal backdoor maneuvers to ram through a deeply unpopular bill attacking Wisconsin families. This is a dark day for Wisconsin and a travesty to our democracy. Scott Walker is making up his own rules and ignoring long established democratic and judicial processes. He is ignoring the principles that we hold dear to our hearts in Wisconsin and in America.” “To ram through a bill attacking workers on the 100th anniversary of the Triangle Shirtwaist Fire is a tragedy” said Stephanie Bloomingdale, Secretary-Treasurer of the Wisconsin State AFL-CIO. “Clearly Scott Walker wants to roll back worker rights to a time where Triangle like conditions were rampant and will use any means necessary to achieve his agenda.”

Laws and Regulations are for the little people to follow. Gov. Walker and his Republican minions are administratively exempt from such pedestrain constraints as common law and any sense of justice and fair play. Gov Walker's favorite quote is "If He did not want them sheared, He would not have made them sheep". The citizens of Wisconsin, in all truth, wanted to be abused, asked for abuse, begged to be abused, or they would have elected a Democrat. Gov. Walker is only doing what he was elected to do, dictate, rule, abuse even when it is not connected to a budget crisis.

This is un-freaking-believable! Full general strike! Just let them try and stop you! This guy's a crook! If he's gonna act like one instead of an elected official I say he has no authority!

Somehow I don't think these actions are Walkers agenda. Walker is acting on behalf of the 'Fat-Cat' -- Walker is simply a puppet show on steroids... in 3-D

What won't Walker do to implement his right-wing agenda? My only hope is that he gets arrested before he's impeached.

Government unions suck. I'm middle class and I don't need a union
to decide whatI'm worth. I pay 25% of my insurance premium. Your "fist" is a joke. You all were ready to throw 1500 of your brothers under the bus because you where throwing a tantrum. Grow up, get a real job and get a life.

Bill omg, I trully feel sorry for you! I very rarely have the oportunity to view comments as ignorant as yours! Today must be my lucky day! We don't use unions to decide what we are worth, not sure where your ignorant ass came up with that one, but judging by your comment as a whole, I have trouble believing you actually even have a high school diploma! If you do I Apologize (your obviously a product of private, or home schooling!) But before I jump to conclusions, what state do you live in? I highly doubt you come from the smart, proud state of Wisconsin! if you do might I guess the county? Lol! Finally when you say get a life, if you are referring to that sad ignorant thing you live in! I'll have nothing of it! Wisconsin was the first state! Yes that's right the first state to pass a law allowing collective bargaining. This new movement of the republican party has done nothing but awaken a sleeping giant! I will never forgive or forget! Now the best part for you omg, I am not nor have I ever been a state employee!!! Im just a Wisconsin resident who can tell the difference between right and wrong! Good and evil! Scott Walker thank you again for showing people what a lying, cheating, dictator looks like!

To the folks who think that the Wisconsin public workers are spoiled and need to get a real job -
I must say: Get out your history books. If you want to make informed comments, then you got to understand your issues in historical context - THIS battle in Wisconsin, is HISTORIC.
Read up on the early labor movement. YOUR STATE, Wisconsin, was the first state to institute a 40 hour work week. Your state was the first state to institute child labor laws.
When you see how easily Gov. Walker gouged the workers in your state, of the right to collectively bargain, do you see how easily he could roll back what you, a middle class worker, might think can never be taken away from you?

The Democratic Party of the U.S., known as the Food Stamp Party has now been infiltrated by known Communists and they even admit it:

Exerpt:
"While many Americans still believe that the main source of economic benefits is a combination of work, ingenuity and risk taking, along with simple notions of supply and demand (commonly known as free market principles—once believed extinct until live specimens were recently found in China), Europeans have been taught since about the end of WW II that the government is where all money, jobs and benefits come from. Some of them also reportedly believe government is where babies come from and where people go when they die."
