April Fools! Need a nonunion source to verify this one...

To Jim, what kind of reply is calling people babies and telling them to move if we don't like it? Sounds like Middle School mentality to me. Then again that does seem to be the mentality of Tea Partiers.

In 30 seconds, this video sums up what is totally wrong with Public Sector Unions and why the taxpayers are wanting change as Barack Obama wants promised everyone. Thank you Mr. President!

The Gnome

To all who have found comfort in the Republican agenda: First and foremost, the agenda which pits hard-working people against each other only serves those who started (and continues to orchestrate) the vitriolic attacks. Second, the focus has been directed away from the real issues. Public sector workers ARE taxpayers and the 13,000 super rich are not - except in a most token manner. The super-rich, through their lust for power and economic control have stripped American citizens (as well as citizens of other countries) of even a slight chance at entering their ranks. Third, by allowing faceless and nameless corporations the same political voice as real human beings the citizens are left with only one real choice to have THEIR needs addressed and voices heard - band together! That would be unionize!
Unions have brought a standard of living for people, even for the likes of Jim, unlike any where in the world. Jim, and others, you did not get where you are today without the advantages and privileges bought and paid for by union blood.
p.s. I am a disabled American Veteran. So your right to be mentally myopic was also bought and paid for with my blood.

Question for anyone who really thinks taxpayer money pays for unions. Do you believe your name on your paycheck makes that money yours? I sure do and the last time I looked at my paycheck the union dues taken out of my paycheck. Not payed for by my employer; therefore, taxpayers don't pay for union dues. Also if you insist on the mentality that it is still taxpayer money, then you are paid for with taxpayer money too because I use the money I earn to pay for private sector goods and services.

I'd have let them in if they had muzzles on or corks shoved in their mouth so Gov. Walker could at least be heard above the ranting and raving against him. Would you go stand in a hole with rattlesnakes to speak about animal rights? There is no way he could have said what he wanted to say without constant interruption by the employees of the Union. Who knows, maybe he had something of value to say.
