Come stand with Wisconsin. TOMORROW, Saturday February 26th tens of thousands of working families and community members will gather to demand an end to Gov. Walker’s attacks on the middle class.
Come be apart of this once in a lifetime experience to particpate in democracy. Come early and bring your friends and family. A musical pre-program will begin at NOON with performances by Peter Yarrow, the UW Marching Band and USW rapper Michael O’Brien.
Speakers will address the crowd at 3:00 pm. Speakers include Wisconsin State AFL-CIO President Phil Neuenfeldt; Mary Bell, WEAC President; Bradley Whitford, former West Wing actor; Jeff Skiles, Miracle on the Hudson co-pilot along with Wisconsin union nurses, teachers and municipality workers.
Wisconsin public employees have agreed to Walker’s pension and health care concessions, which he said would solve the budget challenge. The governor’s continued attacks on working families in our state harm all of us. Come join us as we fight for our basic rights as workers and as Americans.
Come join us tomorrow as early as you can as we stand with workers and stand with Wisconsin.
I am a union member and public sector worker from the UK, I would like to offer my full support to all my comrades in wisconsin. The governor and the Koch brothers have to be stopped for the good of
workers everywhere. I wish I could be there with you, keep up the good fight!

You sure are making a mockery out of yourselves at the capital. Too bad your days in Wisconsin are over.

I can't believe these union workers are so dumb as not to realize that they do not work for a big rich company. They work for the regular everyday taxpayers that are paying their salaries and benefits. Which they are basically stealing from the poor taxpayers barely even making half of what they make in pay and benefits. As for the collective bargaining. Why don't the taxpayers have a seat at the table since they are paying the bills? I used to like Wisconsin and was going to take my kids there on vacation, but after this public display of childish ranting and holding the people of the state hostage, I will not visit your state EVER again. Too bad because the Dells are nice and I have always loved the Barnum & Bailey Circus Museum.

You guys are disgusting and unappreciative of what you have. You are paid better, have better benefits and better retirements than the people that pay you...the taxpayers. In this economy, everyone needs to cut back. But not you. You aren't even willing to contribute to your own retirement or medical benefits. How arrogant and self-serving of you. Your governor will probably save your state and you without your help.
